Domain Experience:
You will be a technical leader working in the Experis Cloud & Infrastructure Practice focusing on cloud modernization strategy, cloud managed services, developing processes for cloud service provisioning, requirements development, and enhancing cloud capabilities to solve mission problems with our customers.
• 10+ years’ experience in one or more architecture domains (e.g.e.g., business architecture, solutions architecture, application architecture)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal direction
• Experience developing and delivering customer facing presentations and solutions
• Experience in managing large high availability operational cloud environments spanning multiple tenants through techniques such as multi-account management, well Architected Best Practices, OU/SCP, etc.
• Experience defining the architecture of cloud deployed applications
• Experienced with driving ongoing improvements in cost efficiencies such as purchase of Reserved Instance/Savings Plans aligned to resources consumption, review of AWS Trusted Advisor, etc.
• Experience with containerization technology, concepts, including tool/tech selection, implementation + migration/transformation of applications.
• Experience with architecting and delivering industry standard security compliant cloud environments
• Experience building DevOps automations.
• Experience defining and driving SecDevOps best practices (e.g., IaC, CI/CD) within large teams
• Experience establishing legacy modernization and migration roadmaps for large scale applications
• Cloud Certifications: Azure (must have), AWS or GCP
• Management: 3+ years of successful, progressively responsible project, program and engagement management
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology Engineering
• Thought Leadership: Participation in technology thought leadership via white papers, speaking engagements, blog entries, etc.
Nice to Have
• Experience working in a global and / or matrixed organization
• Experience with hybrid multi-cloud orchestration
